2011 UBC Sprint and Olympic Training Clinic
The 10 session clinic begins December 11, 2010 and leads up to the race on March 6, 2011.
A Sprint/Olympic triathlon training program is provided.
Group workouts and workshops occur every Saturday morning from 8:30 to 10:30 am (December 11, 18, January 8, 15, 22, 29, Feb 5, 12, 19, and 26). Please note there will be no clinics on Dec 25 and Jan 1.
Workshop topics include: Swimming, Cycling and Running Technique, Bicycle Handling and Safety, Race Preparation, Sports Nutrition, Bicycle Maintenance, Transitions, and much more.
Cost: $150 plus HST.
